Your work will directly influence product roadmaps, investment decisions, and organizational evolution in an era of unprecedented technological acceleration.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 and beyond
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating exponential change
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready innovation priorities
- Author white papers and thought leadership on emerging paradigms (quantum computing, AGI, bio-digital convergence)
- Build and maintain a proprietary foresight database using AI-driven trend synthesis tools
- Adv executive leadership on future-proofing organizational structures and talent models
- Represent the company at global futures conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven track record developing and implementing future-focused strategies for large enterprises
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotechnology convergence trends
- Certification in futures research (e.g., CFRA, WFS) or advanced degree in Futures Studies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting complex scenarios to executive audiences
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Demonstrated ability to translate foresight into actionable business roadmaps
- Portfolio of published future scenarios or trend analysis preferred
