- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for AI, biotech, and quantum convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future business models
- Present visionary roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-backed narratives
- Build and maintain ecosystem of futurists, VCs, and academic pioneers
- Translate foresight into actionable product development pipelines
- Champion future literacy across organizational leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of commercializing future-focused initiatives
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or adjacent fields
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight preferred
