Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize emerging trends from quantum computing, neurotech, and climate science
- Produce annual 'Horizon Reports' for C-suite on disruptive technologies with societal impact
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing principles into R&D pipelines
- Establish ethical guardrails for AI/autonomous systems deployment in 2026+ ecosystems
- Represent the company at global futurist summits (Davos, World Economic Forum)
- Mentor junior futurists through our 'Future-Centric Leadership' program
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of developing long-term technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized governance
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals or top-tier tech publications
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex scenarios into executive narratives
