- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for 2026 market readiness
- Facilitate C-level workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers influencing product development pipelines
- Partner with R&D teams to validate emerging innovation opportunities
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness across business units
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Expertise in technology forecasting (AI, quantum, biotech) and trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for complex future concepts
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from World Future Society)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
