Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic roadmaps based on emerging tech trends, market shifts, and sociocultural forecasts
- Lead scenario planning initiatives for disruptive technologies including quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready solutions into current development pipelines
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and investor boards through compelling visualizations
- Establish KPI frameworks to track progress toward 2026 innovation milestones
- Manage a $5M innovation budget for experimental projects and pilot programs
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight intelligence network
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Track record of launching successful future-focused initiatives
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPC) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 trend predictions with 85%+ accuracy
