Responsibilities

- Produce quarterly strategic foresight reports with actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Identify disruptive threats and opportunities across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing sectors
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions aligned with long-term vision
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Policy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership on future trends or technological disruption
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies (preferred)
