Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI ethics
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align innovation roadmaps with market evolution
- Produce annual 'State of 2026' reports forecasting disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen interfaces (neural, AR/VR, haptic)
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and synthetic biology
- Represent company at Davos, TED, and MIT Future of Work symposiums
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Computational Sociology
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Published research in Nature Futures or similar high-impact journals
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and technology horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neuro-interfaces
- Proven track record of implementing future-proof strategies in Fortune 500 companies
- Fluency in at least two strategic foresight software platforms (e.g., Foresight Platform, Scenariio)
