Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze emerging tech trends (2025-2030 horizon) through scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and climate tech innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proofing initiatives
- Produce trend reports and executive briefings with actionable recommendations
- Identify partnership opportunities with startups and research institutions
- Advose on R&D investments in breakthrough technologies
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, product innovation, or futurist research
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in technology, business, or futures studies (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Portfolio of published trend analysis or thought leadership content
- Global network of innovators and researchers in forward-looking fields
