Responsibilities

- Develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps with quantified impact assessments
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future-state scenarios
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring long-term strategic initiatives
- Partner with R&D to accelerate prototype development for future-facing solutions
- Author thought leadership content positioning Horizon Dynamics as an industry visionary
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and futures methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Strategic Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Proficiency with foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Experience in tech, sustainability, or healthcare innovation ecosystems
