Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socioeconomic shifts to inform 2026 strategic roadmaps
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for emerging markets and disruptive technologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused initiatives
- Produce forward-looking intelligence reports with actionable recommendations
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate next-gen product concepts and services
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, keynote presentations, and industry panels

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFIP, CIP)
