Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech/socioeconomic trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise adaptation to future disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visioning
- Produce whitepapers and predictive models for board-level decision support
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Monitor policy/regulatory shifts affecting long-term tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Deep understanding of geopolitical/socioeconomic drivers of change
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS) preferred
