Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends across AI, quantum computing, and synthetic biology to forecast 2026 market disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating post-2025 digital transformation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in climate tech and personalized medicine
- Author white papers and keynote presentations at global tech summits on future-proofing business models
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies and strategic foresight techniques
- Collaborate with R&D teams to validate technological feasibility of 5-10 year roadmaps
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of academic, governmental, and industry partnerships
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (peer-reviewed articles or books)
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools like STEEP analysis and Delphi methodology
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum, nanotech, or neurotech
- Experience leading multi-stakeholder workshops with C-suite executives
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state strategy implementations
- Ability to communicate complex concepts through compelling visual narratives
