Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and socio-cultural trends to map 2026-2030 industry landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for AI, climate resilience, and workforce evolution
- Lead client workshops translating foresight into strategic roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Produce high-impact trend reports and thought leadership content for executive audiences
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions and business models
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Advise internal product teams on emerging tech integration and market positioning
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or trend analysis at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures compellingly
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend forecasts or strategic foresight projects
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
- Experience with AI-powered trend analysis tools (e.g., GPT-4, TrendWatching)
