- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, biotech, AGI) and translate insights into actionable business strategies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term innovation roadmaps
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for futuristic initiatives with measurable impact
- Author thought leadership reports and industry whitepapers on next-generation paradigms
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futures research, or emerging tech analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Exceptional presentation skills for C-suite and board audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
