- Mentor a team of emerging futurists in trend synthesis methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Strategic Foresight
- 8+ years experience in trend analysis or innovation strategy at Fortune 500 or Big Tech
- Published thought leadership in Nature Futures or MIT Technology Review
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi techniques, and causal layered analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-proofed product launches
- Proficiency in AI-powered trend forecasting tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Glimpse)
- Security clearance for classified innovation projects (preferred)
