Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based frameworks for organizational adaptation to future disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create 5-year innovation roadmaps
- Present future outlooks to C-suite stakeholders and external partners
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or technology innovation
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future scenarios or innovation strategy
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
