Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2026
- Produce strategic foresight reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Design and deliver executive briefings on emerging tech risks and opportunities
- Drive organizational culture of continuous innovation and adaptive strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
