Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and social trends to identify disruptive opportunities and risks for 2026+
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused initiatives
- Produce visionary reports and presentations translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate next-generation innovations aligned with future market needs
- Monitor competitive landscapes and disruptor ecosystems to maintain first-mover advantage
- Advise leadership on long-term organizational evolution and talent development for future challenges
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Business Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation journals/conferences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS, CFSP) or innovation frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations
