Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable energy
- Produce quarterly 'Future State' reports for executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech incubators
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and technological disruptions
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proof methodologies and speculative design thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and technology roadmapping
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 5+ year vision cycles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Innovation (e.g., CFMP preferred)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to diverse audiences
