Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technological roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients using predictive analytics and trend forecasting
- Lead cross-functional workshops on quantum computing applications and AI ethics
- Produce quarterly 'Horizon Scan' reports identifying disruptive technologies with 2026 market impact
- Design sustainable innovation frameworks aligning with UN SDGs and ESG mandates
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Forge partnerships with leading research institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich)
- Present strategic recommendations at global innovation forums and board retreats
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record of forecasting technological adoption with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, and climate tech convergence
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals (Nature Futures, Technology Forecasting)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (APF or CFS) required
- Portfolio showcasing at least three implemented 2025+ strategic initiatives
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
