Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging opportunities and mitigate future risks
- Author thought leadership publications on future-focused business strategies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing actionable future-strategy frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Methodology required
