Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global megatrends to develop 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks

- Deliver executive-level trend briefings and scenario planning documents
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on future economic paradigms
- Drive innovation incubation programs for next-gen workforce solutions
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech
- Deep expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi technique)
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial applications
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, MIT Media Lab, etc.)
- Proficiency in strategic modeling tools and scenario planning software
- Published thought leader in future-focused publications
