Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global trends, technologies, and societal shifts through 2026 horizon scanning
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech integration (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with innovation hubs, research institutions, and thought leaders
- Author thought leadership reports on future scenarios and disruption opportunities
- Drive innovation workshops to foster creative problem-solving across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of translating trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to inspire diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business, Technology, or related field
- Portfolio of published future outlooks or implemented innovation initiatives
- Experience with agile frameworks and rapid prototyping methodologies
