Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2024-2026 horizon) and synthesize actionable strategic insights
- Develop scenario-based frameworks for market disruption preparedness
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align innovation roadmaps with future market demands
- Produce predictive models for industry transformation and competitive positioning
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions targeting 2026 launch windows
- Present strategic foresight findings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify acquisition/partner opportunities
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech verticals
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFS, CFIP) or equivalent analytical training
- Advanced proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, Trend Hunter)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Track record of launching products/services based on future trend predictions
- MSc/MBA from top-tier institution with focus on technology strategy
