Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for 2026 technological convergence points (AI/human/biotech)
- Produce annual Horizon Scan Report identifying paradigm-shifting innovations
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives in Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional sprints with quantum computing and synthetic biology teams
- Curate exclusive Future Forge events with Nobel laureates and silicon valley pioneers
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neuro-interfaces
- Pioneer new foresight methodologies using blockchain-verified trend data
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight with demonstrated impact on Fortune 500 roadmaps
- Published work in Journal of Futures Research or equivalent peer-reviewed outlet
- Expertise in predictive analytics tools (GPT-4 Turbo, Palantir, Trendalyzer)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Portfolio of at least 3 implemented future-strategy initiatives with measurable ROI
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (WFS or CFCS preferred)
- Fluency in at least two future-proof programming languages (Python/Rust/Julia)
