- Lead cross-disciplinary innovation sprints with R&D, policy, and design teams
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and government stakeholders
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring impact on UN SDGs and corporate ESG goals
- Author thought leadership pieces published in Nature Futures and MIT Tech Review
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Published research on exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on 10-year transformation
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (Delphi, STEEP, scenario planning)
- Track record of launching ventures with $50M+ impact
- Fluency in 3+ languages and cultural agility across 5+ continents
