Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology trends to predict market shifts and disruptive innovations by 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks integrating quantum computing, biotech, and AI convergence
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership on future-proofing business models
- Produce annual '2026 Horizon Report' with actionable recommendations for R&D priorities
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, VCs, and academic thought leaders
- Translate complex future-state concepts into compelling stakeholder narratives
- Oversee cross-functional implementation of emerging tech roadmaps
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of predicting technology adoption cycles (provide case studies)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum, AGI, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech strategy (peer-reviewed journals preferred)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on long-term technological disruption
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTE, APF)
