Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for 2026 technological and societal trends using advanced data synthesis
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum computing, biotech, climate tech)
- Author white papers and policy briefs for Fortune 500 clients and government agencies
- Curate the annual 'Horizon 2026' global futures conference featuring thought leaders
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging technologies with the UN's AI Ethics Board
- Mentor junior futurists through our 'Future Leaders' incubator program
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field (or equivalent demonstrable expertise)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight with published impact in tech policy
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Palantir, Tableau, custom ML models)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of influencing multi-billion dollar organizational strategy
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain) for classified national security projects
- Portfolio of 3+ predictive models that accurately forecasted major market shifts
