Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum-AI symbiosis and biocomputing
- Lead stakeholder workshops with Fortune 500 C-suite to forecast disruptive tech impacts
- Author white papers on decentralized governance frameworks for Web3.0 ecosystems
- Design ethical protocols for neural interface adoption and AGI alignment
- Coordinate with DARPA and EU Horizon Europe on next-gen security protocols
- Mentor PhD fellows in emerging tech ethics and singularity preparedness
- Present findings at Davos, CES, and IEEE Global Human Futures Summit
Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Physics, Systems Theory, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in futurist consulting with published industry forecasts
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and post-blockchain consensus
- Deep understanding of neuro-ethics and human-AI symbiosis
- Track record of advising governments on tech policy (UN/G20 preferred)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (STEEP, Delphi, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Published author in Nature Futures or MIT Technology Review
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
