Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmaps for technology adoption and market disruption
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions and global R&D hubs
- Author quarterly futurist briefs for investor relations and board committees
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for prototype development and pilot programs
- Mentor cross-functional teams in design thinking and future-proofing methodologies
- Present at global conferences on the future of work and technological singularity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Published thought leadership on disruptive technologies (peer-reviewed journals or industry publications)
- Proven experience leading cross-continental innovation initiatives
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, sustainable tech, or neurotech convergence
- Proficiency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or equivalent from recognized institution
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-shaping projects
