- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, design, and engineering teams
- Conduct horizon-scanning research through global tech ecosystem partnerships
- Present future scenarios to investors and board members using data-driven storytelling
- Build and mentor a team of futurist researchers and trend analysts
- Drive patent development for breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching products/services based on future trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology adoption lifecycle modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data visualization and strategic presentation skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
