Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts affecting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI governance frameworks
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions and validate market readiness
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging risks and opportunities in automation, climate tech, and digital sovereignty
- Establish cross-functional innovation sprints to incubate 2026-viable business models
- Author forward-looking whitepapers influencing industry standards and policy discussions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Proven track record translating futuristic concepts into enterprise value (portfolio required)
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Engineering, or equivalent technical field
