Responsibilities
- Develop and implement decade-long strategic frameworks for 2026+ technological adoption
- Analyze quantum computing, biotech, and AI convergence opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast socio-technical disruptions
- Author white papers and thought leadership on future workforce evolution
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation maturity against 2026 milestones
- Represent company at global futurist forums and tech summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented initiatives
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Published research on technology's societal impact post-2025
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from APF or WFS)
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ future-focused projects
