As a key member of our C-suite Strategy team, you'll collaborate with quantum computing pioneers, AI ethicists, and sustainable tech architects to transform foresight into reality. Your work will directly influence $2B+ in R&D investments and shape product lifecycles for the next decade.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and social trends to forecast 2026 market landscapes and disruption vectors
- Develop and maintain the company's 5-year strategic foresight framework with quarterly horizon scanning updates
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions (quantum applications, neuro-interfaces, climate tech)
- Author executive briefings on emerging technologies' impact on business models and competitive positioning
- Establish partnerships with academic research labs and government innovation initiatives
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership teams
- Monitor and analyze competitor innovation roadmaps and emerging startup ecosystems
- Drive cultural transformation by embedding futurist thinking across all business units
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology adoption lifecycle modeling
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics, climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills translating complex futures to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism journals (e.g., Futures, Technological Forecasting)
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS, APF)
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis tools and predictive modeling platforms
