Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AI ethics) and translate insights into client roadmaps
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on 2026 market disruptions
- Develop proprietary foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and AI modeling
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions for Fortune 500 clients
- Deliver keynote presentations at global innovation summits on future workforce evolution
- Manage cross-functional teams of futurists, data scientists, and industry specialists
- Produce annual 'State of 2026' trend report for the World Economic Forum
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight at top-tier consulting firms or tech innovation labs
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on technology impact forecasting
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and horizon scanning
- Proficiency with AI forecasting tools (e.g., GPT-4, predictive analytics platforms)
