Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision through comprehensive trend analysis and scenario planning

- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership content positioning Horizon Dynamics as an innovation pioneer
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and environmental megatrends with quantifiable impact assessments
- Design and implement agile frameworks for rapid adaptation to emerging market conditions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic frameworks with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional data storytelling abilities with visualization mastery (Tableau, Power BI)
- Deep understanding of global megatrends: climate adaptation, demographic shifts, and economic restructuration
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) strongly preferred
