- Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps integrating disruptive innovations
- Partner with C-suite to align future vision with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and research teams
- Author thought leadership reports and scenario-planning frameworks
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for strategic adoption
- Present future scenarios to investors and executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Deep expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Proven experience translating future insights into executable business strategies
- Strong background in AI, quantum computing, or biotech trends
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- MSc/MBA or equivalent in Futures Studies, Strategy, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major future-strategy implementations
