Responsibilities
- Architect and execute strategic roadmaps for 2026+ market transformations
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with C-suite executives
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and climate uncertainties
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers and keynote presentations
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our Innovation Academy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record in futures forecasting or trend analysis
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., Web3, AGI, neurotech)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, SFI)
- Published author or recognized speaker at Davos/WEF events
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
