Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic innovation framework spanning AI ethics, quantum computing applications, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and validating disruptive business models for 2026 market readiness
- Produce annual Future State Reports with actionable scenarios for geopolitical, technological, and socio-economic shifts
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government bodies to pioneer 2026 regulatory sandboxes
- Mentor emerging talent in foresight methodologies and strategic design thinking
- Present future-proofing strategies to investors and board members with data-driven impact projections
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or C-suite advisory roles with demonstrated 2030+ vision
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps that scale organizations
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership on disruptive trends or scenario planning methodologies
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/SCF) strongly preferred
