Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026+ foresight framework, analyzing geopolitical, technological, and socioeconomic megatrends
- Architect strategic innovation roadmaps for enterprise clients, integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype next-generation business models and operational systems
- Produce high-impact scenario planning reports and executive briefings for C-suite stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, World Economic Forum, and other future-focused institutions
- Drive organizational adoption of strategic foresight methodologies across 15+ global offices
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems thinking abilities
- Published author in foresight journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on future-proofing strategies
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
