Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technologies, social shifts, and market disruptions through 2026-2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps for sustainable tech adoption and competitive positioning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present trend briefings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Partner with R&D to incubate breakthrough products and services
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership pieces on future-proofing strategies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or Business
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformations
- Published thought leadership in future-tech or innovation
- Deep understanding of ESG frameworks and sustainable innovation
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
