Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite to align futurist initiatives with business objectives
- Mentor next-gen talent in advanced tech disciplines and innovation methodologies
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and industry forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in strategic foresight or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $100M+ impact
- PhD or equivalent in emerging technology field (preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Experience scaling global innovation teams across 3+ continents
