Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight framework using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions for climate, health, and digital equity
- Produce annual State of 2026 report with predictive market insights for executive stakeholders
- Curate global futurist network through partnerships with Singularity University and World Economic Forum
- Translate emerging tech opportunities into product roadmaps with 3-5 year implementation timelines
- Represent InnovateFutures at Davos, CES, and specialized tech conferences
- Mentor junior futurists and establish internal foresight training programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field with 8+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record in identifying and commercializing emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional command of scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Experience developing C-level strategic presentations with measurable ROI projections
- Deep understanding of global tech policy, ethical implications, and sustainable innovation
- Published thought leadership in futurist publications (e.g., Future Journal, Trend Report)
- Fluency in futures forecasting tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Portfolio demonstrating impact from foresight-to-execution initiatives
