You'll collaborate with C-suite executives to build actionable roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, climate resilience, and human augmentation. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year foresight frameworks using scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026 challenges (e.g., AGI governance, carbon-negative cities)
- Produce strategic whitepapers and executive briefings on emerging tech trends (quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and other futurist think tanks
- Design corporate innovation KPIs measuring readiness for 2026 market disruptions
- Host quarterly 'Future Forward' workshops for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead the company's '2026 Readiness Task Force' across 12 global offices
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technology field
- 5+ years experience in corporate strategy or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 clients
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (e.g., in Nature, Harvard Business Review)
- Expertise in foresight tools: Delphi method, causal layered analysis, backcasting
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AI alignment, and climate tech trajectories
- Experience designing human-centered solutions for complex societal challenges
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-proofed commercial innovations
