Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and sustainability goals
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with stakeholders to align on future-state scenarios and strategic priorities
- Produce forward-looking reports and strategic briefs for executive leadership and investment committees
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia to accelerate innovation adoption
- Anticipate and develop contingency plans for potential disruptions in supply chains, regulations, and consumer behaviors
- Mentor internal teams on futures thinking methodologies and emerging technology applications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in corporate innovation, strategic foresight, or technology consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful innovation strategies with measurable ROI
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives
- Strong network of relationships within technology ecosystems, venture capital, and academic research
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFIP) or equivalent practical experience
- Experience working with global teams across diverse cultural and regulatory environments
