- Produce strategic white papers and trend reports influencing executive decision-making and R&D investments
- Partner with product teams to prototype 2026-ready solutions using emerging technologies
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring long-term innovation impact and market readiness
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist forums and industry summits
- Mentor junior futurists to cultivate next-generation strategic thinking capabilities
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, synthetic biology, quantum computing, or Web3
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or relevant technical field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from World Future Society) preferred
- Portfolio published in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
