Responsibilities

- Develop 5-year innovation frameworks aligned with global megatrends and regulatory shifts
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future-proof strategies into core business operations
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario planning documents for executive stakeholders
- Drive organizational culture of experimentation through innovation labs and pilot programs
- Represent company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Web3, neurotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or equivalent experience
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
