This role blends deep analytical rigor with creative foresight to shape our roadmap for the next paradigm shift.
As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify breakthrough opportunities in AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable systems. You'll translate complex data into actionable narratives that drive investment decisions and product development while maintaining ethical and sustainable frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and market adoption pathways
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for future disruptions and competitive threats
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready innovations into commercial roadmaps
- Produce forward-looking reports and executive briefings using data visualization and storytelling
- Build and curate a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Advise on ethical implications and sustainable deployment of breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial strategy or product development
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence C-suite audiences
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Passion for emerging technologies with deep understanding of AI, quantum, or biotech domains
