- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging technologies into core offerings
- Author thought leadership content and represent the company at global innovation forums
- Manage a portfolio of moonshot projects with $2M+ annual budgets
- Mentor internal teams on future-oriented thinking and adaptive innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of anticipating and capitalizing on disruptive trends
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and foresight methodologies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across global organizations
- Advanced degree in technology, business, futures studies, or related field
- Published thought leader with 50+ citations in innovation journals
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend analysis platforms
