Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026+ predictive models for emerging technology adoption curves and market disruptions
- Architect multi-year innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and climate tech convergence points
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite on paradigm shifts in energy, healthcare, and digital ecosystems
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and integrate next-gen startups into corporate innovation pipelines
- Author forward-looking white papers and trend briefs for industry conferences and board presentations
- Manage cross-functional 'Future Task Forces' to prototype solutions for 2030+ human-machine collaboration challenges
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent with 7+ years in strategic foresight
- Proven track record developing long-term innovation frameworks for Fortune 500 or tech unicorns
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing applications, or circular economy modeling
- Published thought leadership on technological singularity or human augmentation implications
- Experience with Delphi method, horizon scanning, and cross-impact matrix analysis methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ scenarios implemented as commercial products or policy frameworks
- Proficiency in Python/R for predictive modeling and Tableau for futures visualization
